Jill...It's so great that you got such good news this week with the job and the weight loss. I personably think that going to the meeting is important both for yourself and for the other people who has worked hard to lose weight for the week, and for that matter for those who are not doing as well. It's always encouraging to see people lose weight every week, because if they can do that we will start to believe we can too. Keep up the good work, I'm looking forward to reading every week how you've done.
Eleni...Keeping a food chart is a good thing. It helps me keep track of what I've eat during the day, but it also helps me win contest too...we always get 10 points on the contest for a turned in food chart. We also get credits at recognition day every quarter. I do my food chart very different from everyone else. They all write out every thing they eat...I get so many fats...fruits and the other things and I have squares that I x off when I've eaten them. It's very easy and they said it was ok if I do it that way. I still want chips too, and I have some once in a while but I don't eat the whole bag anymore.

You eat that fruit, it's very good for you in every way.
I just read your Sat. post. If it keeps raining down there your not going to need the pool for swimming. I love the ice box sign idea. I need a fist to come out and bop me when I start to open the door at the wrong times.
Nita...Thank you Nita for the nice comments. I think we all need to just pay attention to the scale at the tops meeting. I know that at home I weighed 281 last Thursday evening before leaving for the meeting. I just want to be below that before I leave next Thursday night, and all will come out ok weighing in. Congrats on the 2 pound loss. If we just lost a pound a week just look at how much better off we would be by the end of the year. Good loss girl. Our Poki Dot bikini contest started on the first meeting of April. Right now I think I'm in the lead, but we have 3 weigh in's left. I got a be a good girl.
