Hello group....Last night was weigh in and I done pretty good this last week, I lost 2 1/2 pounds. I met this weeks goal and had a 1/2 pound to go on the challenge to make up for last week short fall. Now I'm only a pound behind. Only 3 people showed up at meeting. We all 3 lost so we will get a no gain meeting on our record.
Nita...My scales at home was right with the tops scales. I would weigh without cloths the same as I weighed there with scales. But last night I weighed 2 81 at home and the tops scales weighed me at 283. I knew at some point it might change, and last night was the night. Oh well I know what I weigh at home and I just have to keep watch on that.
Eleni...What a good loss you had, congrats.

Doesn't it feel good. I can't wait to get out of the 80's. We just have to keep on keeping on no matter how small or large the loss is. Sooner or later we will get there. Exercise in the pool is one of the best exercise's there is. I have a above ground pool, but I'm taking it out. It's in the shade all the time and believe it or not, it stays cold, and I'm not able to keep it clean anymore. I didn't even uncover it last year.
I hope everyone else is doing great with food programs.
