I must admit I don't know alot about the TOPS plan, but I found that Crystal light, or Wylers light helps ALOT! I found a jug last summer- 64 oz at walmart and it was decorated with all kinds of water sayings- "37% of the US pop. mistake thirst for hunger".... I drink 2 of the jugs a day with the wylers light. (128 ozes) It's sugar free but does contain Aspartame, for those that get belly pains from it. each packet makes 64 ozes of water and it has 40 calories. That's the only way I can get down my water...
Some of my weight loss is definitely running down 2 flights of stairs to the bathroom at work

Anyways, I feel 100x better, more alert, my metabolism has increased- dehydration slows it, some of it is eating regular meals and some of it's water I'm sure.
Anyways, yes! drink that water!
