Hi Ladies! I just wanted to stop in. We had a great time last night at the rehearsal dinner. It was the first time both of my kids have spent the night somewhere else. Hunter has only been a hand full of times and Nicholas has never spent the night anywhere. So it was hard, but oh so quiet in our house......lol Today is the wedding and my hair appointment is in an hour so take care and I will check back in later Penny

Penny Hope you have a great time at wedding
have to rush as my hubby is going to ask me if I am ready to go run errands any minute.
I am doing ok.Already got plenty of exercise in for the day.Just have to watch my eating for rest of day.We have a new contest at TOPS and you have to keep a food chart so I am doing that again.They made a flag for everyone and you can earn up to 8 stars each week.So far I have done everything each week.
I am hoping to have a better weigh-in next week.But will have to wait and see.
To those that are doing so good-I say keep on doing whatever you have been doing.It is working.
Those who are struggling---Just don't give up.Try something different .But don't be hard on yourself.Easier said than done.I am like most of you.My weigh gain or loss affects my whole being.It shouldn't but it does.But no matter we still have to keep trying.
