Glad to see you started this weeks thread
Here is the plan for today...
B- 1/4 cup Kashi(didnt like it ) so I had a slice ww toast and 1 tsp peanut butter
s?
L- Wendys chili and a side salad
s- grapes
S- 4 hotwings and greenbeans
s- popcorn
Tommorows menu-
B- 1 egg and 1 egg white and 1 slice toast
s?
L- Ryans...will eat baked chicken and lots and lots of veggies and small bowl of sf yogurt
s- none
S- mother in laws...will be healthy'
s- grapes
