I've been so OFF track lately. It was my birthday on Tuesday and can I say my eating hasn't been the best this week...like I said, totally off track. Also I've still be getting headaches all the time and that new medication I was put on isn't helping at all, so I am weening myself off of them. I am going back to the doctor on March 3(that's the earliest I could get in) to see about another arthritic med as they seemed to work more so. SInce she took me off the Celebrex(arthitic med) my headaches have been worse and I am now getting pain back in my legs(knees, ankles), hands, and jaw and neck. So you can imagine I haven't been doing much of anything least of all exercising(unless you count walking my son to daycare Mon, Wed, and tomorrow, which is about a 7min walk each way)

Sorry to hear about all your pain. Happy belated birthday as well. I hope you did something you really wanted to do. You will get back on track. Hopefully the doctor will come up with something to help you with the pain and the artheritis. Don't worry about the exercise right now. Just eating healthy you can lose weight. So don't stress about that. You have a lot more to worry about right now then the exercise. And yes walking your son to daycare does count as exercise. It must be hard for you to do just that walking. Let us know how you are doing. Get some rest.

I am so glad I heard from you girl. I have called you a few times and I was getting worried about you. I had thought something happened to brad's cousin. I am so glad I was wrong. I am sure all of the prayers are helping her. I will continue to pray for her on my end. God does answer prayers. How have you been doing with your plan?

I am doing great so far this week right on track. There wasn't any school today due to weather. We actually woke up to ice this morning. But 10 min from here they had 6 inches of snow and still snowing. The snow missed us and started at around 7:30 am today we don't have much here.
I got a lot done in my kitchen today. I washed down all the counters and appliances. Plus I scrubbed down the cupboard doors under my sink and the one wall we have in there that is all tongue and groove wood. It looks so much nicer. I cleaned the front of the stove and the dishwasher and that looks like new again.LOL I still have the upper cupboards to do and the lower ones on the other side yet. But it is a start and it looks a lot better already. I even polished the wood after I scrubbed it down. It smells real good in there. I used the kitchen cleaner. I wished I had some pinesol but oh well at least it is clean. A scrub brush works great.LOL
Well I was just checking in to see how everyone was doing?
