Morning Ladies,

Well, I've survived the weekend, but it was tough. Been doing everything for dd and she has treatments every 3 hours around the clock She is growing 2 'bugs' so she is on 2 different antibiotics, one that can increase seizure activity. She had a big one last night, but I'm hoping it was just a fluke. If she has more, we will have to stop one of the drugs and put her on IV's since it's replacement can only be given that way and starting one on her is not easy. Her Dr has been out to the house every day. We are so blessed to have him. She continues on a lot of O2......so I pray that her lungs start clearing soon. Me? I haven't done well with eating and I will see what my weigh in is like Wed. Gotta get to bed since I have to be up in 2 hrs.

I am saying prayers for you and your daughter as well. I hope her lungs clear soon so she can breathe better. As for you don't worry about the weight right now. You have so much on your plate that you don't need that stress added to it right now. Your number one concern is your daughter and you. Try to get some rest while you can and let us know how she is doing.

That is great that you are going to Vegas. I am sure you will have a great time. How was the game day for you and the boys? I am sure they had a great time. Great job on staying on plan and doing well. Keep up the great work.

I finally got a chance to read the post today and I loved it. I am going to start telling myself that I want to weigh less then last week each week instead of looking at the big picture. That way I can celebrate each week. It all adds up.
I am so glad the tutorting is going well and you are doing things for you. Keep up the great work.

As for me real quick. Last week was nuts wasn't home one night last week. Jesse had an ear infection in both ears and the start of an upper respiratory infection. He seems to be doing better but still teething.
I am doing great with points. I went to a wedding over the weekend, a birthday party yesterday no cake at the party, and took my daughter out to sell stuff to raise money for her school. So needless to say I didn't get to spend any time at home this weekend. I have laundry all over the living room that is clean that I started folding and dishes all over that are dirty. Tonight I plan on cleaning and picking up. I can't stand the mess.
Counseling went great. She is doing mind, body and spirit issues. Which is great I think that they all go hand in hand.

Hello All,
I hate it when I don't get here earlier in the mornings. I like to get here early because I feel that it sets me up for a good day of staying on plan and focused.

I just got back from lunch. I went out with one of my girlfriends. I usually bring my lunch; I'm usually doing homework, but since I got it all done over the weekend, I allowed myself to go with my friend. I thought about having some pumpkin pie after I ate (and I was full) just because I was out..you know the thinking right? you have done this right?..but I didn't because I didn't want to have to say I did and I didn't want to write it in my Journal. I've been using that journal once a week and I can't tell you how many times I've stayed on track because of it.

My goal today was to find an attachment for the cable machine at the Y. The one that they had for the ankle was gone and I need one so I can work my hamstrings. I can't lie on my stomach and use the regular hamstring curl machine--due to my IC...my bladder doesn't like any pressure on it!--but I saw a way to do them using the cable machine. So, I found one and it's only eight dollars; I think I'll just go ahead and buy it and I'll keep it in my gym bag. I'm going to tell them at the Y about it and where I found it and see if they want to buy one also, if they do great and if not, then I'll just get my own.

I've reached that goal..now my goal is to use it!

I'm skipping my workout tonight. It's Chick Nite at the movies and I'm going to see "First Daughter" usually I won't give up a workout, but I'm feeling a little "blah" and I'm allowing myself to be "off" tonight...I better enjoy it, because no matter how I feel tomorrow..I'm "ON"!

Summer: I will say a prayer for your little girl and for you. You have to be so tired and worn out. Just don't worry about the weight right now. That's not an invitation to just chuck it all..eat healty..you need to so that you stay well, but get your rest too!

Penny: It's good to see you today. How are you doing? How are you doing with the goal that you have posted in your signature?

Lady:Great job with staying within your point range. You did great with all that you had going on. It really helps to have a plan in mind before those type of things doesn't it? Good luck with getting everything caught up. I hate to have things in a mess..it makes me feel crazy! If I'm feeling crazy..the first thing I do is clean!

Susie, You just had to go there with the siggy goal huh ? LOL We haven't done well at all b/c I think 10 weeks is just too long. But anyhow, I am at 167 right now. I am just happy to keep going down! Hope you enjoy the movie! Let us know how it is I know you will get your exercise in tomorrow and congrats to you on the PIE!!!! WOOOOOHOOOO!!!

We are going to Vegas 26-29.. I have never been anywhere really, never flew so this will be a big experience for me just to go to the airport
