I am starting this thread again because I really need to get back to the basics again. Obviously I am not doing something right because I worked so hard last week and gained 2 1/4 lbs. So I am getting back on track again today and I am setting a goal for myself for the rest of the week.
I am not going to have any junk food at all for the rest of the week. No cookies, candy, chips or anything that would be unhealthy for me to eat.
Is anyone going to join me?
