I tried one of Dr. Phil's bars too, but I didn't like it either. I saw the vitamins and wondered what was different for the pear or apple shape. I looked it up in his book and it's some herb. You need one kind if you gain thru the tummy and the other if you gain in the hips, which if I remember correctly, has something to do with the hormones for the pear shape. Will have to look up the apple shape.
Did you get snow, yesterday? It has rained here this morning and we are supposed to get a cool spell. I hope it does cool down. I have two new sweaters that I want to wear.
Good luck with getting back on track. I think setting small goals is a good way to go. That will help you change habits.
