Default Cool Saturday

Good Morning Ladies
Well I couldnt sleep this morn. So I thought I would get on here. Tummy isnt feeling the greatest. It is kinda cool here today. Alot of frost this morn. Our little dog didnt want to go out this morn to potty. She dont like the cold. Said we may even see some snow flurries today. "YUCK"
Not alot happening here. I want to stay home today. But hubby is wanting to go to a craft show. So dont know what we will do. Would like to start getting some holiday cleaning done. Because it isnt that long and the holidays will be here. The stores here have all the Christmas stuff out already. Kmart had a couple really pretty trees on display.
My goal for today is to drink 8 glasses of water today. I thought maybe I could start setting a goal a day or two. Or however long it takes to get use to that change in my day. Then do something else. My next goal will be to stop eating after 7:00 pm. Or maybe I will put the two together. Maybe if I set little goals I can really get back on track.
Well ladies I better get off here. I am thinking of all you ladies. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Default Dr Phil's Shape Up Bars

Hi Ladies
Well I didnt get to stay home. Had to take hubby to craft show. Then we went to Wal Mart. Well I found the new Dr Phil shape up bars. Kinda expensive. Around $1.40 each bar. But got the fudge brownie and chocolate peanut butter. Tried both. And they are bad. I forget the cals and all. Will check on that. Just wanted to let you know. They do have less sugar than the slim fast bars. So just wanted to let you ladies know. They also had vitamins from Dr Phil. Some for pear shaped and some for apple shaped. But didnt get any of those. Been taking one a day weight smart. Well ladies Good night. Have a great evening. Try and look for the lunar eclispe tonight if you get a chance.

Hi Coco

I tried one of Dr. Phil's bars too, but I didn't like it either. I saw the vitamins and wondered what was different for the pear or apple shape. I looked it up in his book and it's some herb. You need one kind if you gain thru the tummy and the other if you gain in the hips, which if I remember correctly, has something to do with the hormones for the pear shape. Will have to look up the apple shape.

Did you get snow, yesterday? It has rained here this morning and we are supposed to get a cool spell. I hope it does cool down. I have two new sweaters that I want to wear.

Good luck with getting back on track. I think setting small goals is a good way to go. That will help you change habits.
