As usual it is the weekend and I am up early. I see where some of you are getting cool and cold weather. It is still hot here. But then that's the way Florida is suppose to be. I went out and saw part of the eclipse last night. Interesting.
I am still doing good with eating. Of course the awful meal I had at restaurant last night helped too But not eating between meals is getting easier.

Hi Ladies
Well I am home alone. The guys went to my Mom's for dinner. She is having buckwheat cakes and sausage. I dont like either. So I told the guys to go. And I would stay home and do some stuff I didnt get done yesterday. Because I had to run around. So got a load of clothes in the washer. Had a WW dinner. And decided to get on here and see how everyone is doing. It is sunny here today. But a little cool. Didnt get the snow flurries. And I was upset because the weather man said it would be clear last night so we could see the lunar eclispe. WRONG. It was cloudy and we didnt get to see it. Oh well maybe next time.

FLGAL I guess if I had to pick between the two bars that I had of Dr Phil's I would choose the Chocolate Peanut butter. And with the vitamins. I am not a pear or apple. Its like all the weight is in my thighs, hips and belly area. How are you doing. Still walking. I have been trying. Hope you have a good day.

ELENI know what you mean about getting up early. Seems like I want to sleep in. And just get up at the same time. Usually dont even have to set a clock. But do. Just in case I sleep in. Still on school schedule. Son is out of school now. But still waking up 5:30-6:00. But I have always been a early riser. My sisters are a different story. They will sleep till noon.
