Goodmorning to everyone.Just thought I would stop by before I get busy. Tonight is weigh in and it is looking close.I should have a loss but I don't know how much. I have been staying on my new plan.I have even added some exercise.
I am dropping out of my piano lessons until January.I move to a night class but it is way behind where I am at.The teacher is changing all the classes in January. Instead of every two weeks it will be once a month but for a longer time.I like that better anyway.I will be in one of the intermediate classes. I have plenty to practice on. I know you will have a loss tonight. You are doing great. Hopefully the once a month will work out for you. It will give you more time to do other things you want to do. Keep up the great work and let me know how you do tonight.

I am doing great. I stayed on plan all day yesteday breaking up my meals. Only eating 1/2 at a time. It is working. The scale was down 2 lbs this morning and my sugar was actually normal all day yesterday. So there is hope. I feel more like myself instead of being so down. I decided I am the one the determines how I feel and it is working so far.

To everyone else that is going to weigh in tonight good luck and let us know.

I think I have come up with a name we all like for the baby if it is a girl. Brianna Lynn. I loved hanna and always wanted that but I like Brianna as well. I thought of that one to.

Good Evening Ladies
Well today has been a bad eating day. Have ate everything I could get my hands on. And I dont know why. We didnt get to have weigh in on Tuesday eve. The lady who is suppose to unlock the gym didnt show up. So there was 15 people standing outside waiting. So we just had to leave. No way to get in. And I wont be going next week. It will be my first Avon meeting. And I want to go to it. But it is on Tues eve. at 6:00 pm. And there is no way I can even weigh in and make it to the meeting on time. And I think that also is part of my problem. Its like ok. I'm not weighing in next week. So I can eat. Then just watch the next. But I need to get back into control. I am sure I had a gain this week. So I am going to do my best to get back on track tomorrow. I got some honeydew melon yesterday. Just have to clean it. And some lettuce and carrots and celery yesterday. So I am going to clean that in the morning. Then when I want something to eat. I can just grab some of this stuff. Well I better get off here. Need to get my Avon order ready to go into the mail tomorrow. So everyone have a great evening. I am thinking of all you ladies. Sherri I like the name. And you are in my prayers. You are doing just great.
