Default November Weigh Ins
The last month sure went by fast. Now we have the 2 hardest months of the year. I just want to continue losing at least 2# a week.

Nov 6 -1 3/4# A little shy of what I wanted to lose but I am happy

Nov 13 -1 1/4

Nov 20

Nov 27 Thanksgiving No meeting

I might as well get in on this act too!! Being accountable here will be an extra boost from my regular weigh in.

Nov. 3.....lost 1.5 lbs

Nov. 10.....lost another 1.5 lbs

i also want to end the month in the black. november is off to a good start. i lost 1/2 a pound this week.

Nov. 6 - Did not get to weigh in, company dropped in that we hadn't seen in a while.

Nov. 13 - .5 OVER GOAL...IN LEEWAY...IT WILL COME OFF THIS WEEK!

Nov. 20 -

nOV. 27 - No weigh in!
