The weekend is almost over. We are having some beautiful Florida weather.
We went and saw "Kill Bill" Lots of blood and not much of a story line.Not very realistic. Actually a very stupid movie. Last 2 minutes they tell a big surprise secret. So I will go see #2 just to see how it goes.
I am still doing good with my eating. My goal is to have no gains the rest of the year. Nov and Dec will be hard.
Doc said I should be feeling better in a few days but so far I haven't seen it. In fact I have been tireder the last two days. I guess it is just body and heart getting use to change.

I start taking my piano lessons on Monday night so now all my Saturdays will be free. He is putting us in a beginners class but that works for me. I am in no big hurry. I like having my Saturday free. My lesson will be at 6 so I will be home by 7:30. Bill will fix his own supper that night. We are making it one of our "Every man for himself" nights.
