I am so excited!! Thanks to all my wonderful Tops pals I have been keeping record of how much I am eating again and taking it one day at a time..... (Thanks Sherri)
And drinking plenty of lemon water (Thanks Donna) and believing in myself (Thanks Eleni).... If I forgot somone I have to say.... ThanK you SO MUCH to you !!!!
You are all the greatest friends anyone could have I have already lost a pound the past few days, and am feeling motivated just knowing you guys are here for me I have to say thanks for all the e-mails, They have made a huge difference in all this and I hope to be able to return the kindness you have shown me, I guess My Kops status is safe again and boy am I glad, But inside I know it is up to me to keep it, And with you all as my friends I know it is possible .....
