Well Dearest hubby went up north for the week. I like this time and hate it at the same time. I know it's normal for the little one and i to argue, however, a whole week is stressfull and tiring. Maybe we can make it through this week with only a few.
I'm going to a hockey game tonight. Go Red Wings. I'm eating little through the day to save on my points for tonight.
Sounds as though most of us are doing better, and even great. Determination will help us make our goal. I keep looking at the Dr. Phil book, and putting it back. I almost bought the cassettes, but haven't yet. I figure i can listen to those on the way to work, which will be really good for me. I completely agree, that i eat the way i do for reasons, lots of them though. I'm finding with weight watchers the more conveinant things are the better i do. The less thinking about food the better I do. I don't want my main focus to be on food, but on living. Eat to live, not live to eat. Busy hands are good. Finding new ways to ocuppy my time instead of being in front of the tv is a good thing.
I had my scope done, and everything seemed to be normal. He took 2 biopsies, and i will have those results next week.
Life is good, and we but have only one. We need to live, and be happy.
All you wonderful ladies, stay on program this week, and remember it's not always what you are eating, but what is eating you.
Hugs
Eleni-stay focused on not eating between meals.
Nita-you can do this. Lots of time, to work off the weight
Sherri-Did you have fun last night, and were you able to stay in points? Have fun at the party tonight.
Christie-some weight off is better than a gain. It also amazes me that we can lose and gain so much over a day. I Think i've finally gotten it in my head that one day a pound up, doesn't mean that I had a bad day, or bad week. Just means that I might of ate to many carbs in a day, cuz that can really pack on the weight for me.
I had a 3 point breakfast. 2 tablespoons of fat free cream cheese, and 2 fat free eggo waffles. I think next time i will try the whole wheat ones. It's like eatting a bagel without all the points. It worked for me. Not bad.
