Hi all,

Only have a min. Just wanted to let you all know that NOT eating the cake and ice cream paid off for me. I am down another 1 lb this morning. So far that is 6 of the 7 lbs I gained last week. I am on a roll and I plan on having another great day on plan today.

Glad to hear you had another great day as well. You are doing great. You will have a loss for sure this week. Keep going.

Glad that you are feeling better. You are getting worn down from running so much. Get some more rest today girl.

Hope veryone is well. The summer was good and I made it through my sister's wedding.

I have gained a few pounds back so it is time to get serious again.

Christie.....I'm glad that you are feeling better. Colds can be miserable.

I'm still trying to get that bathroom painted. I'm using 'kitchen and bathroom' paint. It says it's semi-gloss, but it acts more like gloss. It needs two coats but it gets thick and gooey and you have to put on a thin coat and wait until the next day to put on the second coat. One more day should do it.

I read the first key in Dr. Phil's book, "right thinking". It's very good, and I think I will read it again before I go on to the next key. I want to remember as much of it as I can.

Sherri.....Congrats on not eating the cake. You're doing great.

Hi all,

Today's the day ... Three of the best co-workers in the world are gone! If anyone else comes over to my desk to say good-bye I'll have to smack them! We've done enough crying today. Being in management has it's drawbacks -- we get to hang around and say our good-bye's while everyone else gets to leave.
On the bright side... all the food days are over. The 3 of us left have decided to have beverage days instead of food days
No such luck of course.
I did get my date today - December 1st -
I'll be off for the holidays like I wanted to be. Then find something part-time early next year. Then I can find some time for me and get my lazy butt exercising! I always have an excuse - no time, 2 young kids taking up so much of my home time, too tired by the time they go to bed -

Glad you are feeling better. How was your nap today did you get your dad's house cleaned? Sounds like you are still on the right track and doing great. Keep up the great work.

Welcome back girl. It is great to have you back. You can drop 10 lbs by christmas just get your mind set back and start sticking with your plan. You can do this and we are here to help you. Glad you had a great summer and sounds like you enjoyed your sister's wedding. That is great. Remember get focused on your goal and start eating healthy the weight will drop off in no time.

Sounds like the bathroom is turning into quiet a project.LOL I hate to paint but sometimes we just have to do it so it gets done. I painted my daughters room over the summer it seemed like it took forever. It took 3 days to finish. You will be done soon and you will be so proud of your work. I am sure it is looking great. Keep going and it will be over before you know it.
Glad you got a lot out of the first key to the book. Can you share some of it with us. I know I am interested and it might help others here. Keep up the great work.

I am glad you got your date today. It helps when there is a light at the end of the tunnnel doesn't it. Now you have a date to focus on and know you will be done then and you can count down the days. I am glad you will be home for christmas like you wanted to. The goodbyes are hard aren't they. I like the beverage day idea.
There were donughts in the office today and I didn't even touch them. That was a great thing for me to pass up.LOL

I did great again today. I usually go over pts automatically when I am on the road. I didn't today well I did by 1/2 . I had 29 1/2 pts today. But I am not worried about the 1/2 pt. I think I did great for the day. Tomorrow I won't have so many points I will be back in the office. I really felt great today and free for some reason it was a weird feeling. But a good feeling. Staying on plan agrees with me. I just have to keep it up.

I have to get to bed I will check back in the morning.
