Good . You're right we should be able to lose 5 pounds in a month, but look at me, I'm lucky to lose 1 lb. in a week. Last month I only lost 2 lbs. for the whole month and I worked at it. I stay around 1200 calories a day and the weight just doesn't come off. I need to increase my exercise, too. I'm told that when your metabolism is slowed down, exercise is the best thing. I guess that we just need to be thankful that we are losing, it's much better than gaining.
Good luck at weigh in tonight. I hope your scale is wrong and that you at least have a turtle.
