Did you workout this morning like you wanted to?

I am doing great. I haven't had junk all week and I am down 5 lbs so far.

Coco and Nita I am right with you girls with staying on plan for the week. Megan has graduation tonight that should be fun.

Gotta go get ready for work.

Penny is due to have her baby today for those that know her.

Good Morning Ladies
Good Morning and Hi Wendy and Sherri. You two ladies are really the early birds today. I kinda enjoy getting on here early too. Dont seem to have as much trouble getting on. I think our internet company has been working on the lines or something. Cause early in the morn like now. I can get on. And usually around 5 or 6 can get on fairly easy. But that time between sometimes it is hard to get on. When I go and pay the bill I am going to ask them about it.

Sherri glad that you are staying op. That is great that you have lost. I think keeping track of what I eat really does help. But I usually just dont take the time to write it down. Always in a hurry. Dont want to take the time to sit and write. But I can sit and watch tv. Oh well I just hope I have a loss next week.

Wendy good to see you post. Hope you have a great day.

NITA How is it going. Your menus look great. I am sure you will have a loss today. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you. Let me know how you did. Have a great day.

Well I am going to the grocery store today. Have to get stuff for our cookout Sat. Got hot dogs yesterday. Got the regular one. No low fat or anything. But I thought I would and could stay away from those. Well I guess I should let you know what my son wants to eat. He wants hot dogs, chicken on the grill, macaroni salad, baked beans, rigitonis and chocolate pudding. So my plan is to eat some chicken. I would rather have chicken on the grill then hot dogs. I am going to fix the macaroni salad with wheat pasta and low fat mayo. The rigitonis I am going to use sugar free sauce, and low fat burger. I get hamburger at our little store. It says low fat on it. I guess it is. Because I have to add water to the pan when I am frying it. I had my sister order him a cake. Said he didnt want one. But I thought he should. But I am going to pass on that. I asked my Mom to make a fruit salad. So that is what I will have instead of cake. So that is my menu for Sat. Do you think it will be fairly legal.
Well ladies I guess I better get off here. I dont know why but I feel I could just keep typing. But dont want to bore you ladies.
Everyone I am thinking of you. Hope you have a great day. Right now it looks kinda cloudy here. Didnt think it was suppose to rain. Maybe a chance. Oh well. Have a great day everyone.

Good Morning
It doesn't seem like it should still be morning. I have a accomplished a lot so far. I walked my 2 miles, went to the store to get Salmon for dinner tonight and mowed the front yard. It's so hot and humid that I can only mow half the yard at a time. I'll get the back yard late some evening. The sun is on it in the mornings. I still have some errands to run after I cool down and shower.

Coco..when you feel like typing, just keep typing. It doesn't bore me. What is boring is when no one is posting and I have to look at the other threads to find something to read. On your son's menu for the party, you could add a green vegetable or a lettuce salad. Veggies are low in calories and high in vitamin A and C. They also supply fiber and bulk to make you feel fuller. Fruit is good and supplies vitamins and fiber too. I'm sure you will do fine. You son only graduates from high school once, so you should enjoy his party. If you eat more than you intend to, don't worry, you can eat less the next day. Just have a good time with your family.

Sherri...I remember Penny. She was posting all the time when I first joined the group. I think she had 2 little boys then. Hope everything goes well for her today. Sounds like you are doing great. I will answer your PM later today. I have a lot of errands to run and bills to pay and can't get back to it until later.

Eleni...Hope you are doing okay.

Coco,

That menu sounds great. Like nita said he only graduates once and like I said we need to LIVE no eat. So make the day about enjoying the celebration and chatting and just plain having fun and you would be surprised that you won't be hungry. I wouldn't worry about what you eat just enjoy the day. Let it come naturally. You are doing great and you should have a loss next week for sure. Keep up the great work.

That is great that you walked 2 miles again. And with the exercise of mowing (unless you rode LOL) will help to. Wish I could say it was hot here. But last night it was muggy. My air is running but still not working right. It keeps freezing up. The guy is supposed to come sat. to try and fix it again.

Well I almost cried tonight had to hold back the tears. Megan graduated pre-school tonight. Coco your son is done school and mine is just going to start.LOL It was emotional. They did 3 songs and one had sign language in it. It was a great performance and the kids were so excited. I got it all on video and on film to. She got a diploma that I will laminate tomorrow at work and she got to keep her tassle. I will put them away for her or in a frame.

I did great on plan today. Have been very dizzy and lightheaded today and yesterday. I have fluid in my ears I guess. I just took some more decongestant tonight in hopes it helps.
We went to the china buffet and all I had was 3 chicken wings, some chicken with broccoli and 2 slices of bread with butter and lemonade. Plus at the graduation I kept myself busy watching the kids together and taking pictures that I didn't even want any of the snacks they had. Plus megan rode home with her father so they stopped to get the ice cream and I wasn't with them so I didn't miss it. I really thought I was going to go off plan tonight and I didn't. I want to stay on really bad this time and I am finding that by LIVING and ENJOYING the moments I am not thinking about food. That is what life should be all about.

I am going to be around 9:30 now and I am not as tired and I am more focused at work. I hate going to bed so early but it is better for me all around and is working for me. So I guess I will stick with it. Plus I am waking up in the morning when I should instead of just dragging myself out of bed in the morning. So I have changed my routine which doesn't allow for much time to get here. But I am trying. I get on every morning to post but end up chatting with wendy instead. We can talk forever and we do most of the time. But it is helping both of us talking for just 10 min in the morning by keeping in contact and reminding each other that we have to stay focused and on plan. So this new way of life is working so far. I know the chineese food makes me gain weight as soon as I eat it but I didn't have any starch in chineese food other then the bread. The bread was the best thing to have because it didn't have all the salt. PLus I only filled my plate once and that was it. Oh I forgot I did have 4 small pcs of chicken with a sauce on it as well. But I did great because I always load up on the lomein noodles and the sweet and sour chicken. I promised wendy not to have anything breaded there or the rice or lomein and I did it. I am happy with myself for doing it to.
Everyone is doing great here. I have to get to bed. Have a great night ladies.
