I also got the new WW magazine. But havent got to read it yet. Did look through the Walking Fit magazine today. Seems to be some good things in it. Well we are to go out and eat tomorrow. Not real sure how to handle this. This is the menu.
Ham, scalloped potatoes, cole slaw, rigitoni, green beans, roll, cake and tea or coffee. I really want to stay on plan. So I was wondering should I eat something before I go. Then I wouldnt be tempted to eat as much. Or maybe just eat some green beans, roll and ham. Skip the rest. Any suggestions.
It warmed up a little today. The wind was pretty chilly. Got almost everything out of the camper. Just a few odds and ends. Swept it out. Now just to wipe up the floor.
