I stayed OP very well over the weekend. I ate a lot of salads and veggies to fill up on and stayed away from bread. I even made some sugar free jello and I really enjoyed it. One half cup is only 5 calories and with a Tbs. of lite cool whip, its still only 15 calories. I had cottage cheese and fruit for lunch. I used to eat this way all the time and I lost weight. I don't know why I keep getting away from it.
I just got back from shopping. Some of the stores have sales going on. I found some tops that I liked, then when I was checking out, I didn't have my credit cards. So I have to go back again before the sale goes off and pick them up.
Coco... How did you do over the weekend? I'm hoping that you will have a good loss this week. Thanks for all the encouraging words the other day.
