Hope everyone had a warm night. The country sure has been in the deep freeze! The only good thing about it is that shivering does burn extra calories.
I was so thrilled that I lost 1/2# last eve. I needed that to boost my spirits. I have done nothing but gain since July. This WILL be the start of my renewed journey. My body would certainly thank me.
Sherri, I'm thrilled that you like the challange of your job. Certainly helps keeping the mind busy and you're not even missing the food. As long as you don't feel the hungar, you are fine.

Liz, Don't worry about your gain. You will get it off. Not exercising eventually does catch up to us with the scale.....but wearing the same 'uniform' every week also keeps the weights consistant.

Linlin, I have heard that stressed muscles tend to retain fluid for a short while after exercising. I too gain weight after exercising, so I don't do it on meeting days. Keep up you good work.
