
Boy has it been a busy week end. I didn't post yesterday so here is for Saturday.
Breakfast: 1 slice toast 40, 1 tblsp. margarine 45, 1 tblsp. s/f preserves. Coffee and Green Tea.
Lunch: Soup free vegetables 20, 5 crackers 70, 1 1/2 0z chicken 80, water.
Dinner: Chicken fried steak with 2 tblsp gravy 350, asparagus 25, hash brown potatoes, cooked in skillet sprayed with pam 70.
Sunday:
Breakfast: Toast 40, PN Butter 100 coffee, tea
Lunch: 2 egg beaters 70, 2 slices sausage ?, 2 tblsp gravy 50, 1 dinner roll 110. Water, water, water!
Dinner: Oatmeal 150, fruit 60, coffee.
Too many starch's today. Must watch out tomorrow and rest of the week.
But I have had over the 64 oz. of water.
