Just got back from hypnosis and I feel much better this time. I was totally drained the last time. But this time I took my time getting up and even talked to her about TOPS for 30minutes. She is coming to our meeting as a quest speaker 0n February 6th and talk about hypnosis. I am going to make her an information packet about TOPS so she may recommend us to her patients.
She just re-inforced the suggestions of before. Which is to eat less and eat only when hungry and stop when full. I think if it hadn't been for the holidays I would have done better. But I feel good about it. I will keep you up to date. Gotta start supper.

That is great that you got back to the hypnotist. I hope it works better for you. I am sure the holidays played a part in all of what happened to you. You can do this. That is great that she will recommend tops to people and come to your meeting. Maybe it will get her some business as well. You can be a great example of how it works.LOL

As for me I am doing good. Did my exercise again today. I did go to a new store to grocery shop. Now I am in the city I am close to the cheaper stores. This store is like 1/2 the prices of the reg grocery store and they have name brand things as well. There are a few things they don't have that I need to get at the other place. But I don't have to go shopping tomorrow. We can relax and do nothing all day. It will seem great to not go anywhere tomorrow and stay home.
