Afternoon everyone,
Completed my RS video and 15 minutes on the bike this morning, and I am feeling good. My youngest daughter is getting ill [she has chronic lung problems to mention only one] and is needing more O2 than her normal amt. Almost lost her a couple of years ago...so I hold my breath. Trying to keep myself going with the activity because it does make my mind feel stronger. So far so good.
Penny, come on dear, you can do your walking and make your goal. Remember the 'butt'....and those 170's that are just around the corner!
Christie, glad you didn't have a gain but try to stay on plan. Keep that KOPS status!!!
