Good Morning Ladies! I am up early today...lol I am bringing my car for a tune up before we leave for the massive 12 hour drive to Del Rio! We are leaving Friday night and coming back Thursday so I should not miss any TOPS meetings. I just feel so great today. I did not exercise last night so I have to tonight and tomorrow night to complete my goal. Other than that it is a great day over here in Louisiana. I am so glad that the board is getting active here again! We are all in the together. AND I WANT EACH ONE OF US TO SUCCEED AND STAY SUCCEEDED!!!! Take care and have a healthy :) day ;) Penny

Just thought I would check in and see how the board is going and it looks just great!!! I had to miss my meeting this week because of work, so I weighed in this morning and reported it to the results board, I hate to miss meetings, it always throws me off on my plan, But today is a new day so I will do better.... Penny- sounds like Mexico is gonna be a blast!! I love to go to new places and visit different cultures, it is exciting :) Eleni- sounds like everything is working out great on the job coming up and the walking... Is your hand better?? Hi all-another rainy day here. but it should be clear enough to get a walk in later today.

Penny-have a great trip to Mexico. I was just longing over the temps down there-as i'm sure you are too. You will come home all tan, and relaxed, and thinner-probably no one will even recognize you when you get home! Hope the car behaves at the tune-up.

Completed my RS video and 15 minutes on the bike this morning, and I am feeling good. My youngest daughter is getting ill [she has chronic lung problems to mention only one] and is needing more O2 than her normal amt. Almost lost her a couple of years ago...so I hold my breath. Trying to keep myself going with the activity because it does make my mind feel stronger. So far so good. :D

Penny, come on dear, you can do your walking and make your goal. Remember the 'butt'....and those 170's that are just around the corner!

Christie, glad you didn't have a gain but try to stay on plan. Keep that KOPS status!!!

redhen, hope the weather clears so you can get ourdoors.

Sounds like everyone is in a good mood.That is great.
This job hunting is no fun. Have a couple maybe's but nothing diffinent.
Hand is ok.Saw it yesterday.Yuck!!! Get stitches out the 8th but pins will stay in longer.Doc is afraid to take them out too soon.I messed the bone up pretty bad.
Went to PI class last night.It is not something I am going to continue.If I was 20 years younger.Maybe.But I don't want to work hard or long hours anymore.
