1/2 Refried beans 100 calories
1 slice of ff cheese 30 calories
1 tbsp. of lowfat sour cream 1.5 gram 20 cal.
1 Wendy's french fry
10 cheese balls (GET THESE OUT MY HOUSE)
Dinner: (TREAT NIGHT)

8 oz. steak
Baked Potato
Cheese
Butter
Salad w/ ranch (out of ff ranch
)3 cheese sticks
