  • I don't know about everyone else but I was doing great when I was listing my foods so here goes....

    Friday:
    Breakfast:
    1/2 cup of Franken Berry cereal dry (w/ my son)

    24 cheese balls (w/ my son)

    3 3inch ff pretzel sticks

    Lunch:
    1 small chicken breast calories ???
    1/4 cup of carrots 20 calories
    1/2 Refried beans 100 calories
    1 slice of ff cheese 30 calories
    1 tbsp. of lowfat sour cream 1.5 gram 20 cal.

    1 Wendy's french fry
    10 cheese balls (GET THESE OUT MY HOUSE)

    Dinner: (TREAT NIGHT)
    8 oz. steak
    Baked Potato
    Cheese
    Butter
    Salad w/ ranch (out of ff ranch )
    3 cheese sticks

    Saturday:
    Breakfast:
    Cinnamon Raisin Bagel
    w/ Cinnamon and Apple Fruit Yogurt Spread

    10 cheese balls
    1 cookie
    1 coke

    Lunch:
