I hope your team wins the contest. You lost because you worked at it. Keep up the great work. I to have read some articles about the tea. They say that it works as a diruretic so that is why you lose the weight.

You are back to losing also girl. I am proud of you girl. I can see you have your motivation back. Wish there was something we could do about your hands though. You need to get on your work about it and maybe they can do something to help you out. I know how it is had the carpel tunnel done before and was still left with the pain. But the brace helps when it gets too bad. Haven't had any problems with it in a long time now. Thank god.

You are doing great. Just think 18 lbs gone forever girl. Keep going and stick to what you are doing because it is working. I know for me when I am losing I want to speed it up sometimes then change what I am doing then I start to gain again. So stick with it. That is an awesome overall loss girl. Way to go. All your hard work is paying off.

My scale is down which is good. But the pains in my stomach were so bad yesterday I ended up back in the dr's office and the er last night. The er doc said he thinks it is endometriosis. So I have an appt on friday with the ob dr to see if he can test me for that which is a minor surgery in order to know for sure. Then an appt next friday with a GI dr. So hopefully they will find what it is soon. I am really dying here. Haven't exercised this week. I went to dinner with my uncle and his wife from florida. My dad's twin brother. They left today to go back home they were here for a week. So it was nice to spend time with them.
Other then that no word on the babysitting yet. I hope someone calls soon. Megan is sick today she has a real bad sore throat (hoarse) and a low grade fever last night. So I kept her home today. They were to go on a fieldtrip today. But I didn't want her out in the cold today with the throat thing going on. But she is doing better today.

Summer, Christie and Eleni where are you girls? It was great chatting with you summer the other day. I hope you are in a better frame of mind now.

Hi Ladies
Sorry we have 2 Wed post. When I was on I didnt see one. So I started a new thread.

Sherri Maybe I will try to eat the smaller meals a day. See if that works. Cant hurt. Didnt do to bad this morn. But this afternoon have had pretzels and cheese dip and reduced fat cheez-it crackers. But it is also that "time". And I usually have a couple of bad days there. Drinking my tea. Made some mint green tea. And drinking some water. Need to get more of that. Sorry you still are under the weather. I am thinking of you. Hope Meagan gets to feeling better too.

Wow that hurt. Yes I felt that. Glad you gave it to me girl. I don't think I did good with eating today. I didn't keep track but I am sure I didn't go over points. It is just that I have eaten more today then I have been eating. Let us know how the weigh in went tonight.

Well I took megan to the dr's today. She has bronchitis. The did a chest Xray but it was fine no Pnemonia. That is a good thing. So I am glad I kept her home today. She got a fever this afternoon so I took her in. No gymnastics for her tomorrow. She is feeling much better after I pumped her full of the meds. She got her energy back and didn't want to go to bed.LOL

Well tomorrow is weigh in night. We don't have a meeting because we are supposed to be going to a cooking presentation put on by the hospital at a resteraunt. But I think I am going to pass. I have been so out of it with all the dr's appt and stuff this week and with megan sick I will just weigh in tomorrow. I have no idea what it will be like. I hope if I do have a gain it isn't much. I will start the smaller meals for this coming week.
Coco how about we try it together? Can't hurt can it?
