Hello everyone!!!!!!

Where, oh where, is the time going???? The boards have been slow, so I hope we're all outside doing summery things!

Sherri and Christie together. YIKES!!!! Have lots of fun you two and don't get too rowdy that the cops are called! Now, I hope you both will be watching out for each other and eating properly. Not doing what most of us do when we get together......you know....how our social activities HAVE to revolve around food. This would be a super time for the additional support and sharing of wisdom. HAVE FUN......Wish I were there!

Eleni, hope the tire got fixed in a timely fashion. So nice chatting with you.......to be continued........

Ciecie, how about giving some details in that story about IRD so others can enjoy some of it? It was pretty special....and if I get time, I will post some of IRD'd highlights. I did get on one of the daily threads, Terrifiic Tuesday, after IRD and gave some details. Very inspiring event. The stats for all Kings, Queens, and Division winners will be in the next TOPS News.

I have weigh in tonight and I was a 4 pounds out of leeway last week so I must get back in by next Wed. Hope I make some headway in the right direction this eve.

I know I haven't had time to post much, but I sure do miss us...just to name a few, Nita, CC, Maryann, Penny, Marie, Wendy, Christie, Sherri......and oh, I know I am forgetting others at the moment.......but you're all in my heart.

OK, ladies, those {{{{{{{{{{{{VIBES}}}}}}}}}}}} are zapping ya.....and keeping us on the right track. Here's to friends and encouragement for all......WE WILL SUCCEED at our DREAMS AND GOALS.

I don't know how I will do tomorrow. Scale is about the same. Sometimes it goes down the last night before. Will just have to wait til tomorrow night to see. We have a nutritionest coming so hopefully that will be interesting. I have been working on trying to eat slower. I do good at work but did terrible at home last night. But did much better tonight. After each bite I count to 10 before I take another.I am a fast eater. You know. Stuff it in like I am never going to get another bite. I really have to concentrate to not eat fast.
The piano man was here today and tuned the piano. He has to come back next week and do it again. Then I will be ready for my first lesson on Aug 3. I have had some lessons but he does it a different way which should be interesting.
Well I have a few things to get done. Hang in there we will make it

What do you mean calling the cops girl. We aren't that rowdy girl.LOL But we are having a great time.
Don't worry about weigh in. Let us know how you did tonight. Remember to keep away from the carbs and drink your water and the weight will just fall off you. It always does when you do that. You can do this. You are a KOP girl and you can keep that status. Just remember how hard you worked to get there. You can do this. Just think about you and DO IT! I have faith in you. If you have to look at your angel and remember a fresh new day.

I hope you got your tire fixed today. It must have been terrible out there in the hot sun waiting for them to come fix your tire. I hope you have a better day tomorrow. I am sure you will have a loss tomorrow. You are back on track. Great job for eating slow. I am with you. I tend to wolf down the food also. I did really good today on plan. Not bad for being away.
We had a great time today. We worked out tonight at the colosium. They have a great workout place there. Then we took the kids to the pool in there. They had a great time the pool was just the right depth for them. Megan could swim on her own without her life jacket because she could touch the bottom of the pool. She even went down the slides they had there to. I am really looking forward to going to the lake this weekend. We are going to be staying in a cottage for sat and sun night. It should be a great time.
