May 30 + 1.5 That leaves me still down 1/2# Oh well
June 6 - 2 3/4# I think this makes me down 3 1/4
May 13 turtle so I finish challenge with a 3 1/4 loss. Not what I wanted but I will take it
Ok, I will work on a loss for Fathers day. I will aim for 5 pounds, since that is a pound a week.
May 16- I gained 1 1/2 pounds!= 276
May 23 - lost 1 pound = 275
May 30 - gained 2 pounds - 277 I'm going the wrong way!!
June 6 - lost 1/2 pound - 276 1/2
June 13 lost 2 1/2 pounds - 274
Mary annWell, I only lost a little, but, like Eleni, I will take it. So, are we having a 4th of July challange? That's not very far away, but we could try to lose 4 pounds!

May 16 ~ I'm not starting out well...didn't make weigh in last night. so don't have an official weight to post. But my scales show a loss.

June 06 ~2 pound loss!
June 13 ~-0.05 loss. I didn't meet my goal, but I will try, try again!
I'm aiming for one pound per week! ONE DAY AT A TIME!

I will join this challenge with you. As with the Mothers Day challenge I am not setting a certain amount of weight to lose. Just to have a loss at the end of the challenge.
My weigh ins are on Tues eve. But this week we weigh in on Mon. Hope to see us all lighter by Father's Day.
I am definetely in for this one. I did end up with a loss although not much for the other challange.
My goal is to have an overall loss for this challange.
I will post my weight for May 16th that will be my starting weight. I have not weighed in in 3 weeks so I think I will have a gain this week. Hopefully not though.
May 16th - 184 3/4 lbs I will use this as my starting weight
May 23rd - 183 1/4 lbs About time I started to lose again.LOL
May 30th - 181 lbs. I want to be below 180 next week. In the 170's. Penny I will catch up with you eventually girl.LOL
June 6th - 181 I stayed the same this week. At least I didn't gain
June 13th - Gained 184 1/4 lbs

Well I am not happy at all with this. But at least I came in with a loss of 1/2 lb. Better then the other challanges where I gained a bunch over the challange. I have to do better then that.
OK, here I am again. Still plan on getting back to at least goal weight. Starting this at 5#'s above.....and must get in leeway this week.
5/15 - lost 2#.....at top of leeway, but at least I'm in. YEAH!!
5/22 - Out of town for the past week....so no weighin. Eating not good though.
5/29 - lost 1#........currently 2#'s over goal. Looking for another loss next week!
6/5 - gained .5#.......so I am now 2.5 over goal.
6/12 - no weigh-in. Spending all day at Children's Hosp for a day surgury procedure with dd.

Hi, I just joined TOPS on Thursday p.m.; I would like to join the Father's Day Challenge! I think that I'll shoot for a loss of 4# by F.D. -- that's 1# a week, not a whole lot, but since I'm on medication and menopause has been kicking in big time, I'll play it safe and work my hardest! Thanks for letting me join in!
