Good Morning Everyone!
I stepped on the scale this morning guys & after being soooo good and exercising & I haven't budged ~ now that's a bummer... Maybe it will show up next Monday Yes? I am still @ 204lbs. Well, on the bright side... I didn't gain!! Do you guys think I'll ever see anything under 200 soon? I am really feeling like I need some encouragement this morning
Today my hubby is off and we are going for dental check-ups and then who knows... we are going to play the day by the weather today. We don't know what it's going to do - it's ever changing here. The good news is we didn't get the storms they predicted in our area

Ok my first weigh in on the forum...... I'm down 2.5 lbs. I started Wed. made several mistakes and (hopefully) have been legal since Sat. So I am feeling very good this morning! Looking forward to next weeks weigh in to see how I do being gone all week. Happy weighs to all today.
Hey SunnyD57 I bet with the work outs your fat is turning to muscle and if you measured this week you have lost inches! Which to me can be just as important! Besides don't fall for what the scales say go for what you feel. If you feel skinner then you are and it'll show next week when you drop below 200. Remember Stay In It! No matter what!

I do my personal weigh in on Fridays...but as of Friday I was down 10lbs in the two weeks on Phase 1...I was thrilled, but it really hit home when my DBF handed me two 5 lbs bags of sugar in the market! Wow! That's A LOT of sugar!!! LOL

Yea it really brings it home when you put 10lbs in your hands. Great to hear your loss! This is one of the few times when a loss in your life is good! Keep up the good work January! When I went to WW they had 5lbs of fat from a liposuction that was shrinkwrapped and wow that was alot on the outside. Personally I would not touch it cause it gave me the heebie jeebies!
undefinedOkay, so today is the first day of the second week of phase 1 for me. The scale registered a 15 lb loss! All I can say is Woo Hoo!!! And again? Woo Hoo! I know I won't keep losing at this rate, but I am so happy to see the number 235 on the scale I don't know what to do. If my puny arms wouldn't crumble under the weight of my considerable girth...I'd be turning cartwheels!

Tomorrow will mark the end of my first week on SB. This morning I weighed in at 3.5 pounds less than last week, up .5 lbs since Saturday. Might have something to do with the ham I ate yesterday. Will weigh in again tomorrow.

Way to go Lou Lou Belle. Could be the ham it has a tendancy to make ya hold water. But I sure wouldn't worry much about a 1/2 lb with the loss you have this week. That is wonderful.
I weighed in yesterday, it's easier to weigh in on my day off and I am down 4 more pounds for a total of 8 pds in 2 weeks! Everyone else is doing awesome! Hooray!!

I weighed...It has been exactly 2 weeks on SBD and I have lost exactly 13 pounds! I am happy with that!! Going today to get some oatmeal for my Phase 2 foods...can't wait to eat it with some fruit!! Yum!
My first week I lost 9 lbs, and this week 4...curious to see how much it slows down for next week, its a shame I can't keep losing like this....but I will be happy with a 2lb loss for next week..that is what i am aiming for!!
Wow everyone is doin so great. So far it is a total of 39 lbs lost. That's a small child. I think it is just awesome. Even if you maintained or are not weighin in your still in it cause your still checkin in! Again I have to say how thankful I am to have found this. Thanks to my search engine Jeeves.
Wooohooooo!!!! I'm at 132.5!!!! So I lost the 1/2 pound plus another 1 1/2!!! (2 pounds this week!!) I feel like I've finally broken through my weight stall!!!! Congrats to everyone else on your loss!!!!!!!
Well, I have to confess, I have started on Atkins (It's not my choice), but I lost 6 pounds for my first week. I'll take that, and I'm over the sugar cravings now. As soon as the doctor says I can drive, I'm going to go shopping for SBD. I love that way of life. I'm very happy for all you losers.
