Hi Everyone! Day Light savings just passed here. And it is now after 12pm. You know...... it's funny how your mind plays with you.

We are having a big "Italian" family reunion for my husband's family and you know how Italian's are with food. Well they have alllllllll my favorites there. And I said to myself, I am just going to blow it and there is nothing I can do about it.

WELLLLL then I came here after being out of town since Thursday and until this very second I was going to have a terrible off plan day tomorrow but now..... I can see the light on the skinner tunnel!

I have changed my mind, **** I don't have to pig out to have a great time. I have to beat this battle and I can't let the food stop me from my dream!

IT ONLY TASTES GOOD FOR A MOMENT BUT LAST FOREVER!

So thanks for all the upbeat spirits, and dreams, and encouragment! It really helps me out to know I am not alone! If Sherri can pass up cake at birthday parties, and Wendy can budget at Red Lobster and all you other wonderful ladies can do this, then so can I and I WILL!

Weigh to goal penny. I know you can do it. We only have to focus a little at a time, and some planning a head does help. But no over doing it worth it when you can plan. I know there are going ot be times that just might not work out for me. But if I start in the right frame of mind, well that is half the battle. Be back later. Ok, I'm back. I'm doing pretty good so far. Breakfast was nice, now I'm getting ready to do some work. Hopefully Brandon will go to sleep. He had a long nap yesterday, than was up (with the light savings time till at least 2). I couldn't hold out anymore. Than he was up at 6:00. I'm ready for a nap, but I've got stuff to do. the hubby is off helping the guys down the road. I might do some more gazelleing today. My scale is down. My scale doesn't match tops so I adjust. I would much rather weigh what mine does. About a 3 pd. difference. A lady at tops says hers is a 6 pound difference. That would drive me nuts. My does now. Anyway I should have some kind of loss tomorrow. Specialy if I gazelle it some more.
It's a little nippy here today, Can't wait to warm up. Oh my pledge thing that I was going to do. Not sure if I can make it a whole week. (No chips) We are going to the inlaws next sunday for dinner, and to figure some stuff out about our camping trip in july. We are having taco salad. I usually use, dorettos. (sp). I probably will buy the wow ones, if I can find them. Someone at work said they were taking wow chips off the shelves. Any way, I'm gonna email and bring refried beans (fat free) fat free sour cream for sure. Oh did I mention they are making homemade margarettia's. (sp). So I'm setting my mind to be very carefull next weekend. I'll use a lot of salad, salsa, and veggies.

Hi Ladies
Hope everyone is doing well today. I love this time. I wish we could stay on Daylight Saving time all the time. Not much happening here. Went to church. Came home and walked 2 miles. Fixed dinner had Ziti pasta with chunky veggie style spaghetti sauce. And green beans with a few potatoes and canadian bacon. Need to do the dishes though. But it was to nice to stay in. There for awhile it was windy and kinda cool. But it has warmed up. Brushed the pup. Even done that outside. She liked that. Then just walked around the yard.

Sounds as if everyone has been on plan. And exercising. That is great. Keep that up and everyone will be to goal before you know it. Wont that be great.
