Hi Ladies
Just wanted to check in and see how everyone was doing so far today. Will be getting ready to go for my walk here in a little bit. The guys are still in bed. Wont be long and they will be up. So thought I would check with you ladies

Eleni That is wonderful. 4.75 loss. And your corsage sounds beautiful.

Christian. I know we all want to see the scales go down. But I think a turtle is ok. I would rather have a turtle than a gain. You know you done well over the week. So next week the numbers will drop.

Summer Are you drinking. I know I am. You will do good for next week.

Sherri You are doing good girl. You are on plan. Eating healthy. And excerising. Next week you will have a good loss.

Well I better get off here. I hear one of the guys. After I walk this morn. Am going to go to church and clean for Sunday. So will check in later. Everyone have a good OP day.

Isn't that amazing that when you add up the losses how much it really is?
You to are going to have a great loss this week girl. Remember no water before meeting.LOL

I have had a good day. I didn't cheat away the whole day. But I will have my cheat meal tonight though. So that is a great thing. It is back to counting low points for me tomorrow. I will be looking forward to my huge loss this week. Doing it the healthy way of course with real food and no liquid meals.

Megan has her best friend over tonight for a sleepover. They are having a great time playing now. Her mom wanted to know if I would watch her for a couple of hours so I said I would keep her for the night. I was going to get her early in the morning tomorrow so they can go to another easter egg hunt. Megan's friend didn't get to go last week. So we will take her with us this week. It will be a busy weekend for sure. But megan will have tons of fun.

Have a great day tomorrow on plan. Be care with the candy this weekend. Try and stay away if possible. If I don't talk to some of you before sunday then have a happy easter all.
