Goals are a great thing!
My weighins are Tuesdays, and my goal is to be a KOPS (again) by Easter. The last time I was at goal was May, 1999 when I quit TOPS for 1 1/2 years due to work stress. When I rejoined a year ago, I was 16 1/2 pounds over goal (what that shows me is the value of continuing with TOPS even after reaching goal) and I have lost 12 1/2 of those during the past year.
To reach my Easter goal means a loss of 4 pounds over 6 weeks.
Feb 19 Gain of 1 (medical excuse!)
Feb 26 Down 1/4 (feeling better)
Mar 5 gain of 1 1/4 (not getting anywhere!!)
Mar 12 Down 1 pound (even though I wore jeans, so could have been more) That leaves me 4 1/4 from goal weight.
Mar 19 I will be away on vacation so no weigh-in.
March 26 Stayed the same (okay with me after 2 weeks vacation!)
We can do this!
