Default Pirate Booty - Alert

Hi,

I normally don't post here but I know lots of you folks eat Pirate Booty's because they are low fat and low calories (low points). I used to buy them all the time.

Well there is an article in this months Good Housekeeping about these cheese snacks. They arent as good for you as you think.

As per Good Housekeeping the packaging says it has 2 (or 2.5) gm of fat per serving when in fact GH sent it out to be tested and it has more than 8 gm of fat per serving. The owner said oh well there's nothing we can do about the bags that are on the market but we will correct it in future packaging.

I am reading more and more of these kind of things and no wonder we have a hard time losing weight (well I do anyway).

Hope this helps !

Love Leens
