Dry curd cottage cheese and cauliflower (OK, it's weird but I like it)

Warm wedge of whole wheat foccia bread and balsamic vinegar dip.

I use sugar free hot cocoa. Then I add a little decaff coffee. Or I will add a few mini marshmallows. I also will take a sugar free mint. Those red and white kind and desolve it in my hot cocoa. I try not to eat anything after 6:00 pm. So if I feel like eating I will fix cocoa
