I posted a nice long post Friday and when I hit submit a 'thing' popped up saying the forum was down for 5 minutes...and I lost the post. I was so p******!!!!! Had a busy weekend and thought I'd pop in quick today since I will be gone most of tomorrow.
Eleni, the Greek event sounded nice. Would be interesting to see. Glad you are taking one day at a time and just cutting back on the amount of food should help you. Every little calorie adds up....so if we eat less....there will be fewer of them passing the lips. You may as well be leader since you keep track of what needs to be done. I have a difficult time keeping my mouth shut, after 6 years, when the leader misses something, so afterwards I privately remind her to add them to her notes for next week. I think she will run again this year. She is so happy that I help her out so much. Give Bill a {{{{HUG}}}} from me because of all the support he is to you.
Faith, hope the weigh in wasn't too bad. Like Eleni said, your coordinator should OK people to run for more than 2 years if no one else will hold the offices. Switching around is always ideal, but if the chapter is doing fine with the set up now, that is better than having a chapter fold because of people not wanting to hold specific jobs. There are usually exceptions for small chapters.
Sherri, glad to hear that you are staying OP. Keeping track of what we eat makes us so aware of what goes in the mouth. Like I told Eleni, those calories all add up.......
CC, I remember that I commented on how pretty you and that little black number were in the post that got lost. My almost 19yo snickered when she saw the pic of your son...at the shirt, not him. I think he's handsome, but what color are his eyes????? You have some nice goals, but I think the one where you will shine radiantly will be the day you make KOPS!!! I'm not sure what my scales will show. I haven't been eating too bad, but I'm up again. Not sure what is going on, but I do need to hit the water bottle more. Don't know why I slack off, because I do like water.

Oh, the funny things we do!! I did walk 40-50 minutes with my friend Fri, Sat and Sun. Plan on doing it those same days for weeks to come. I am going to hop on my bike right now and do 20 min [4 miles]. Hope everyone continues to have a good day and I will chat later.
