I am glad to hear that you are still doing good. That is great because that is what is going to get you to goal. Keep up the great attitude and exercise and you can do this. I am behind you 110%.

Welcome back to the on track club. It looks like we are all trying to get back on track and working hard at it. It is great to have a starting point but also depressing to see how much we have gained. I know I wasn't looking forward to weigh in last week after 3 weeks. But now I know where I am and now I can lose this week. Have a great week and keep coming here for support and you will do great.
Well as far as me. I did good today again. My scale was down 1 lb today so I was happy about that. For a weekend at that. I always do terrible on the weekend. But I was determined and it shows me I can fight this if I really want to. I passed up 3 birthday cakes, pizza and ice cream. So see if I can do this yesterday I can do this everyday. I know I can and I know I have all of you behind me.
My daughter was so sick last night. She was up every hour last night throwing up. It was terrible. I am exhausted but she is finally feeling better today. I just can't seem to cure her 100%. It has been 4 weeks of her being sick with something. So hopefully this is the last thing she will have and will finally get better. She doesn't act sick most of the time which is good.
I did exercise tonight but tomorrow I will do my 1 hour body sculpting like I did yesterday.
