Default Monday

It looks like the weekend is always a hard time for us all. So many temptations. But thankfully we can make up for it during the week.
Bill and I both started getting a sore throat yesterday. We both went to bed at 7. That is early even for us. I woke up every hour on the hour but did go back to sleep right away. Yucky night.
I saw on the weather station a minute ago that some of you are going to have very cold weather. We are still having temps of 80 but supposely we are suppose to cool down coming Tues. This is warmest winter we have had.
I am still doing good on my eating. Feel much better so am not doing as much aimless eating when not hungry.
Sherri--I got it and I will wait
Have to run for now. Time to go to work.
Hope everyone has a good day. Just do the best you can and take it one day at a time. And even one hour at a time

Hi all

Going back to my meeting tonight after a VERY LONG absence. Renewing my membership, catching up back payments, and even going to the Christmas dinner afterward. My gift is a non-food item...

Eleni, sorry about the sore throats. We've had them for several weeks here in TN. Weather is supposed to get a little cooler this week and we could do without all the rain! WHEW! Is it soggy!!

Looking forward to being back on track. Facing the scale tonight is a welcome event; gives me a starting point!

How is the throat doing? I hope it is getting better. I am so glad that you are going to wait.

I am glad to hear that you are still doing good. That is great because that is what is going to get you to goal. Keep up the great attitude and exercise and you can do this. I am behind you 110%.

Waterbaby,

Welcome back to the on track club. It looks like we are all trying to get back on track and working hard at it. It is great to have a starting point but also depressing to see how much we have gained. I know I wasn't looking forward to weigh in last week after 3 weeks. But now I know where I am and now I can lose this week. Have a great week and keep coming here for support and you will do great.

Well as far as me. I did good today again. My scale was down 1 lb today so I was happy about that. For a weekend at that. I always do terrible on the weekend. But I was determined and it shows me I can fight this if I really want to. I passed up 3 birthday cakes, pizza and ice cream. So see if I can do this yesterday I can do this everyday. I know I can and I know I have all of you behind me.
My daughter was so sick last night. She was up every hour last night throwing up. It was terrible. I am exhausted but she is finally feeling better today. I just can't seem to cure her 100%. It has been 4 weeks of her being sick with something. So hopefully this is the last thing she will have and will finally get better. She doesn't act sick most of the time which is good.
I did exercise tonight but tomorrow I will do my 1 hour body sculpting like I did yesterday.
