Well here is my food intake today so far
Breakfast-
bowl of uncle Sams cereal
skim milk
100%grape juice box
1/2 pear
snack- 7 reduced fat triscuits and 3 tsp bean dip
lunch- 1 lemon pepper baked fish fillet (Gortons)
1 can spinach
snack- turkey and cheese squares
supper 1 piece baked lemon pepper chicken and a can of spinach
late night snack- grapes or butter popcorn =( not alot)
