Hello everyone,
I am 22 and have about 130 more pounds to lose, I start back in May by counting calories I was not exercising unit recently. I started working out on my elliptical machine five to six days a week for 45-60 minutes, I also started doing Pilates once a week for about 50 minutes. And now I am not sure how many calories I should be eating a day? Before I was working out I would eat about 800-1000 calories a day (20% Fat, 40% Carbs and Protein), but know since is started exercising I have been trying to eat about 900-1200 (30% Fat, 30% Protein, 40% Carbs). I am not sure how calories I should be eating? |

Welcome Amanda! Welcome Schwally! I have NO idea about calories. I suck at math. Big numbers scare me. LOL That's why I do Weight Watchers. |

Great job everybody...and welcome Schwally... I think that you are eating too few calories. You should never eat less than 1000 calories. Too little. Anybody have any more information about how many calories one should consume? |

Hi everyone - I'm Mary, 27 with 150 lbs to lose.
I've been overweight for as long as I can remember and it really gets me down - especially when I think about how many times over I could have lost this weight. I always start diets well - but if I have a bad day and eat something I shouldn't have, I drift back to all my bad habits. I love lollypops! I had the most horrific craving for sugar today. I was THIS close to eating a Twinky or some ice cream but I resisted. The craving went away then came back several times. Finally I went and begged my mama for one of her coveted suckers. She gave me one thank god and the craving FINALLY went away (for only 1 pt)! YES!
