Hey ladies!!!
Its all very quiet here, whats happening with you all?!? Ok im feeling motivated again, and I want to set a little 7 day challenge to help get me back on track. I have set myself 3 targets for each day, for each positive day i earn a smiley face!!! 1. Drink lots of water, 8 glasses 2. Lots of fruit and veggies 3. Exercise each day, minimum 15 mins - even just a walk around the block!! Anyone want to join in and help kick my butt?!?! |
How is everyone doing? I'm alright, just trying to get used to my new place......with no cable and no internet. Add on to that, I forgot which box I put my cds in so I've been listening to the same cd for the past week. :fr: I guess the good thing about all that is that I've sat down and read my first book in over a year. And it wasn't just one book, I did one of my ol' marathon readings and read about five books in a day. Felt like old times. :) I've decided to continue to do my WIs on Tuesday instead of switching to Thursdays. I need to go grocery shopping.

Another new girl :) I'm Beth...23 and will be 24 in September. I've always been overweight, and now I have almost 150 lbs to lose. I've been married to my hubby for 3 years this June, and we've been together for 6 years this August. I know I need to lose the weight because of my health. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you. :)
