Tomorrow night is my first aqua aerobics session, i will let you know how i get on!!
Im desperately scrabbling for some will power, i havent lost any weight for a while now, and i need that scale to move!! So if anyone has anything inspiring to tell me, or handful of motivation they want to throw my way, please feel free! Sigh. Ive only lost 16lbs how am i going to keep going to lose the 100lb+ that i need too?!? Hmmmm guess i will cross that river when i get to it. |

Right now I"m watching my fat intake, and once I get used to that, start restricting the processed foods, etc. Plus, I"m still not exercising which I need to do!!! |
Megan2006 i think its finding what works for you is half the battle, when i was younger i used to be able to just stop eating candy and the weight would drop off, now I have to exercise my butt off to shift anything!! So now i know if i dont exercise, i dont lose sad but true : ( Which is why im going to go shake my thang tonight at aqua aerobics!!
I dont like butter, cream and oil so low fat works for me, because i dont feel quite so restricted then. Are you following a certain plan at all, or just trying to eat better foods at the moment?! |

I was starting to wonder where everyone from here had dissaspeared too!! The class was fantastic, and such fun the hour was over before i knew it. Ive signed up for weekly sessions now. I went for an hour power walk last night too, so the exercise is going well this week. The eating seems to be going ok as well, i need to up the veggies, but i cant find anything to inspire me, i find that i get stuck in a rut with what i eat when im dieting, the same old thing all the time. So i will have to have a look for some veggie recipes today to ge me inspired!! Hope everyone is still keeping to plan!! |

I need to fine the strength to be strong and full of motivation this weekend, how does everyone cope with being healthy on the weekends?!?
For me it is the hardest part of dieting, when im in a schedule at work all week i can plan. But weekends are always a little scary for me!!! I think i will take my niece for a walk on sunday, so i get some exercise in, perhaps that will help for weigh in on Monday. |
Hey Girls! Thanks for the comments. Exercising was rough this week. I am pretty sure I almost died of a heartattack at the gym. Luckily my normal trainer will be back next week! The scale is stuck again. I haven't lost any weight this week. Maybe I gained a little muscle??
The diet part is harder than I thought too. Coming to this website gives me a lot of motivation though. I can't wait to get to the 10lb mark, then the 15lb mark. pigginpodgey- be strong this weekend! a walk on sunday sounds like a great idea. You've already lost 14 lbs! That's fantastic. Keep up the good work! :) |

Long Time no See!
Hi ladies....
I am visiting my sister today and hopped on her COMP. The move went well. I was so tired after taking many many trips up and down 3 flights of stairs. We aren't getting our cable/internt hooked up until this coming Tuesday!! I miss posting/talking with all of you.....:hug: How has everyone been doing? I think the water aerobics class sounds great! My new apartment has a free gym/pool. I haven't started going yet, but plan to next week. I will be starting slow probably 2 or 3 days of cardio. Maybe a little weight lifting. I have been on plan perfectly this week.:carrot: My weigh in is tommorrow I can't wait until my weigh day tomorrow! I wont be able to post my results until Tuesday or so. Shari- Congrats on your new liscense! How exciting.... :smug: Talk to you all soon! |

Hi I am visiting my mom today so I am able to post my weight loss results.
Drumroll please................... I lost 5 1/2 post this last week! Yeah!!! :carrot: :carrot: That makes my 3 week total 9 1/2 lbs. I am so excited. I was a little disappointed with last weigh in but this week more than makes up for it!!! I am right on track for my Halloween challenge of a 20 lbs loss. :D How was everyone's weekend? I hope everyone is on plan. |
