I got all 4 for today so far. Even though it's still early, I know I won't slip. I still have an orange and 1 oz of pretzels coming. I watched my today's tape of Y&R while I did the Gazelle, and found that I need a place to hold my remote. So I stuck it in an empty purse and hung that from the front leg of the machine. You know what they say..... Necessity is the mother of invention, lol.

Oh yeah! I did the emotional eating quiz in Dr. Phil's book, and out of a possible 50 points, I scored 44. Yikes! Now I'm reading to refresh my memory on how to deal with that, lol. It's amazing how much of this book I forgot!

Took my v's this morning, and have had one bottle of water so far. Will be heading to It Figures about 10'ish and the food is planned so should be fine.
EDITED...Add another two bottles of water so far and...went to IF to workout plus got in a mile walk. And...the food is coming along fine. So thinking I will get another 4 point day, we'll see.
It's still early in the day yet, but I'm on my way to 4 points again. I found a book at Walmart that I'll by if/when I get my reward. Dang, I forget the name, but it's a paperback with lots of yellow and red on the cover. It's in the best sellers right now, lol.
