SUSAN...The polution advisory was for indoor buildings, not outdoors.

How the heck do they measure the pollution indoors MICHELLE? That is interesting. The place where the air is supposed to be clean is terrible.

SUSAN...TEXAS?! Yikes, that would have been costly. Unless of course you had him cremated and then someone drove his ashes there. Good thing though that he is there with you all. Is all your family, (brothers & sisters) in Oregon? Wish I was closer to my family. V tried to get a job at the Raytheon in AR but they do different things there, still aircraft but not the same thing. Of course they are only 7 1/2 hours away but that is quite a drive. Need to go down sometime soon though. My dad isn't do so well. My mom said his eyesight is going bad and he was thinking about moving in with my brother so they could take care of him. He has a bad heart also...don't think he is going to be here much longer and would like to see him. Now if he moved in with my brother they are only about 4 hours from us. Anyway...the cupcakes sound sooooo good! For some reason I have been craving sweets. I did buy some rice cakes, choc. ones and some apple ones and some of the graham cracker stix for snacks when I get in the mood. Last night I put them in bags...one serving per bag. Those and some pretzels. I used to do that when I went to WW too. Some of the things I learned while there stuck with me so that is good. Anyway...babbling now. Better get and go check on the chicken in a few minutes. I boil the chicken and then let it cool and tear it apart and put back in the broth and the add the rice. Easy dinner and not so bad.

CRISTINA & SUSAN...They said the indoor polution is for restaurants and buildings that still allow smoking in parts of them. I've still got a small part of my migraine and all I've done today is lay down and rest and fall asleep. I still don't feel like I've slept at all and feeling very run down. I'm sure glad you got your munchies fix SUSAN!!!

Default good evening

hi yall,
well i just ate some ice cream with caramel and hot fudge.......daggum PMS!! but it did have pecans on it so at least i had something good with it lol....
i did do yoga tonight......it was a good work out but i dont think i will do it again until i lose about 50 more lbs......it was way too hard on my wrists...i cant hold all this weight up that long i did enjoy it overall just not the pain part.....anyway..........
ginny, i work 50 hours a week so i usually do 2 11 hours days to get most of them out of the way.
susan, foster parenting is definitely an experience. this will be the only time we do it. my husband teaches at the adaptive school here and it is one of his students. he has been taken out of his home 3 times and they wanted him to be in a home where he knew somebody, so they asked brad (dh), if we would do it. he is 7 years old and has severe adhd, he was addicted to cocaine when he was born. he has basically raised himself and has never had any kind of supervision or discipline. he is doing much better since he got here in december, but can still have his moments. it is hard too because he doesnt have any siblings and now he has 3......and they are girls......hopefully soon they will figure out if they are going to take her parental rights and he can be adopted. my husband is the only one that wants to adopt him, the rest of us see the improvements that he has made being with us but dont feel that we should adopt him. soooooooooooooo, some days are much better then others....
well, i gotta be at work at 7 am so im off to take a shower and relax.
hugs,
shawna

Hi ladies,
Michelle, hope your headache is better, I am glad to say I do not get migrained anymore, or rarely. I used to get them constantly when I was having TOM around. Since my surgery, they have gone too, I do have optical migraines.. that is where my eyes go all funny and it affects my sight while it lasts, but then it goes away and I don't get the actual full blown headache. It is annoying but better than the headaches.

Susan, what do you do at work anyway? I'm sure you've told us but I forgot. You have an assistant and you eat sushi at work.. sounds like a pretty good job.

I have a NSV... two people have told me within the last couple days that they can tell I am losing weight. One said she noticed my clothes are fitting looser and today I was told you could see it in my face. That makes me feel good.. it is the bike riding. IT is really helping. I notice my legs are more firm and it helps my upper body. Once work slows down I will increase my time and milage.

Well, I have to work on an ad. It has to be in by noon tomorrow if it is to run in Saturday's paper, so I better get busy.

Will check back later or in the morning.

Have a good evening everyone.

Ginny

GINNY...I used to get migraines a lot more often before I had my hysterectomy, but now since my surgery, they are quite a bit less thankfully! That sounds so wierd what your eyes do; I've never heard of that before. I think it's so great that people are complimenting you and starting to notice you're losing weight. That always makes you feel so good and that you're actually finally starting to get somewhere!

SHAWNA...Even though you had your ice cream tonight, you're still doing really good at always getting in your exercise! Tomorrow is a new day.

Hello everyone,

Wow I had quite a lot of catching up to do. That is what happens when you have to work late for a few days to get everything done for our year end.

I still have lots to do at work but at least I am almost caught up.

Ginny doesn't it make your day when people comment on how good you look? WTG on all that riding that you are doing.

Shawna wow that must be an adjustment to have a new addition to the family. You must be exactly what he needs to see such an improvement in his behavior.

Michelle I am sorry that you have such a migrane. What can you take for them to help them so that they go away? How often do you get them? and I hope that it goes away very quickly and you are back to feeling better.

Susan I love your picture and I am very sure that you look just as put together now and beautiful as you did in that picture. Maybe you might have 1 or 2 grey hairs from the girls but that is expected. (I said just one or 2) I think I missed something why is the landlord showing your apartment? Did I tell you we are finally getting a little tiny Starbucks here? We will finally be on the map.

Cristina sorry to hear about your dad. Do the chocolate rice cakes taste good? I used to like the caramel ones but we can't find them anymore. Did you get your border put up? Have you found a picture for your Avatar yet? You can use anyone because you take such beautiful pictures.

Mari my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Katy I love your picture also. I hope that you had a great weekend, and a good visit with your mom.

Jules hugs to you also. I am glad that your daughter is doing better.

Hello Bep NSV sure come in all sorts of different ways don't they. But we sure take them.

Hi to Sunny and Deb.

Well I must run as we stopped in at my parents for supper and I have taken over a computer. I guess I should go and get the little guy into bed.
