Default Great Job!

Great job everyone! I hope that I have at least a small loss to report on Sunday. TOM is about over, and I've been walking more and started working yesterday. We are setting a bookstore back up that got killed in Hurricane Wilma, so lots of lugging around of boxes of books. I hope that I will be back in my khakis(18's) by the time we officially re-open on the 16th i think. Hope everyone has a great day, and keep up the good work!

It does sound like everyone is doing great! Tonight we splurged and went out to eat at a Seafood place. YUM-O I tell ya. I had crab and coconut shrimp. Not the best choice..but Ive been working my butt off losing this weight, that im entitled to a little splurge. I worked out extra today, so im not worried. Ive been drinking only water. So im good for another month of no splurging on yummy food!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful night!

Purplecrush: I totally agree!! You deserve it! I think that part of this journey is letting yourself splurge every once and a while but having the willpower to jump right back on the bandwagon after!!

I hope your upset tummy doesn't last long, but isn't it good how bodies will let you know they don't want the fatty stuff any more after being treated to good stuff for so long.

I weighed myself today again (I know i shouldn't do ti everyday) I was down to 83.7 kilos this time yay!!! that means it's definately coming off not just fluctuating so I'm happy and raring to ...er... not eat more. I was craving chocolate before I got on the scales lol

good morning everyone!!!

purplecrush-good for you not cheating on your diet in so long. pass some of that willpower my way please. i'm in desperate need of some.

katyan-great job with your weight. i bet the scale made your chocolate craving go away reall quick!

My workout was great yesterday. throughout the day i put in 2hours20 minutes. that's the best I've done in a couple of weeks. now if I could only control my eating habits, i'd be losing like crazy.

have a good one girls!!!

I did really good last week and up until Tuesday, but the last couple days I havent been doing anything...well ive done pilates everyday, but thats it. I finally slept good last night. I havent been sleeping at all and its driving me nuts!!

Have a wonderful day!!

wow thatr sounds like a lot of working out! what was it you were doing? and no the chocolate craving didn't survive after I'd weighed myself lol

Purple crush doing pilates every day is still better than doing nothing I need to do some of that myself I just need to find something to follow.

I think I'll have ruined my weightloss today though I have eaten all the wrong things (eg chips/fries, chocolate and ice cream) I was feeling fed up because I went out with a thin friend last night and peope were literally ignoring me to talk to her, and I mean they were turning their backs to me to make sure I couldn't possibly join in the conversation or anything. I've never met these people before so it's obviously because of how I look, so instead of motivating me to do something about how I look it just made me feel fed up. I do know one thing though, when I finally lose that weight if these people suddenly want to know me they can think again because I don't want to know them! Does anyone else get this?

Default Late Weigh In

Hi everybody.. Well, no loss to report, but it's because I haven't exercised hardly any in the last week. I am going to the doctor this morning, and I was supposed to stay off my heel until my appt. But, on the brighter side, watching the scale all week, I thought I was going to have to report a gain, but this morning, I am back down to 263. I can't wait to start walking/running again so I can get below 250.

Ha!!! I'm down to 224. That's 2lbs this week!!!

Dee-great job on your loss. hope your dr's appt goes well so you can jump back into working out!!

Carbprincess-awesome job hitting your goal!! i wish i was losing 4lbs in a week. GOOD JOB!!! keep it up

katyan-wow, sorry about that. people can be such jerks. if they are so rude they really aren't worth your time and you don't need to be talking to them. this would actually push me more to lose weight so i can show them!!! just try not to let them bother you so much because they really aren't worth the energy.

I am down another pound GO me...

Congrats to everyone losing. Its next to impossible for me to lose more than 2lbs a week. I read somewhere *not saying its gospel* but,. if you lose more than 2lbs a week, you arent losing fat you are losing water, glycogen ( carb stores) and sometimes muscle the latter is not good. To those of you that are losing more than 2lbs a week, I assume you are on some type of low carb type deal? Just curiosity more that anything. I read that somewhere on here, yesterday.

Anyways, Congrats everyone!! Carbprincess I will be doing a happy dance when I get in the 140s too.. getting to the 150s is just getting back to the point I WAS at. Getting to the 140's will be a true accomplishment for me because I havent been there yet.
