Hey all...Back to work for me today. I found out it will cost about $1251.00 to get the car fixed....oh well moveing on. I will be getting back on the treadmill today.
Looking for a loss this week. I got to make it so I can get my tat....

Rosario-How you doing? I did make it through 45 min. spin class and I went grocery shopping. We're having healthy turkey burgers topped with mushrooms on whole wheat buns with oven BAKED sweet potato fries. (If I can figure out how to make all that stuff, lol) Hope you have a great walk at lunch and you gotta try to hit the gym later. I'm getting ready to do another set of cardio here in a minute.

La3y-Sorry to hear about your car. Thats right, just keep moving on and you'll have that tat soon!

I'm feeling so much better today. HOORAY!!! I'm definetly up for game 3! Can't wait for a fresh start after a bummer of a week I've got going.

WoW!!! Looks like a lot of people are signing up. That's great!! I really hope all you newbies (and oldies) stick with this game. It's a great help and motivator!!

Wendy-good job on the recruiting!!

Lady Unicorn-you let it all out while on that treadmill. don't worry about the car too much. worry about your tattoo. lol

Brandy-turkey burgers sound goood!! yum. let me know how they turn out. I'm doing good so far...i did get my 40min walk in. i don't really have a problem when I'm at work, it's when I get home that really does me in. But today, while I'm waiting for the bf, I'll be at his property, in their gym, working out on the treadmill (the gym at our community sucks and nothing works) heres to hoping everything goes my way!!!

Hope everyone is doing good! and welcome to all the newbies!!!!

whoa....busy busy!!! Hi to all the newbie's and

I'm in for the next game. BTW Wendy?....were we successfull in DYP challenge? I've forgotten what the outcome was!!! I bet we kicked butt!!

I too had no excercise logged for the last 2 days but got it in today for sure. I did a core training class and then 40 min on the treadmill. So phew...glad's thats done. 2 more days until the 5K .... WHAT WAS I THINKING?

Lydia~ Good job on getting into those jeans!!

As far as the DYP challenge, Yes we were successfull!! They actually didn't make it through their first game! So we are the winners!!! HEHEHE!!!

I feel really "alive" today! I guess it's the weather! It's about 9 degrees C. here, really windy but still nice! I wish I could go for a very long walk but Ryan won't sit in his stroller anymore, and to have him walk with me I'd be gone till midnight! lol!!Hope you all are having a great day!!

Wendy-I can't...my boyfriend eats out of those cupboards too. and he loves doritos. and he doesn't gain weight for anything so I don't think he will give them up...so I will try to use sheer willpower to get through not eating out of those cupboards. maybe i'll try to buy healthier snacks instead of cookies. hmm i don't know...

P.S. ryan's such a cutie!!!

Good evening everyone!! Went to the local church and played some b-ball with DH for about 30 mins, pushed baby John in the stroller for another 30, and now I am back home and trying to figure out what to do next. I think I'll do some crunches. BTW, has anyone tried the grilled chicken wrap at Sonic? I had one tonight--DELISH!! Have a good night everyone...
p.s. tofat--mmmmm, how were those burgers and sweet p. fries? You'll have to share the recipe!!
