Brandy ~ You have done sooooo well, you should be so proud of yourself!!

Don't know how much exercise I'll get today as I have a paper to write for class tonight. I'm in the bachelor's program for Psychiatric Nursing. If I get my paper finalized with enough time left I'm gonna try to squeeze in a little, even 20 minutes to get 1 point!!

Have a great day ladies ~ I'll check in later.

Feeling discouraged today Last week, I got my weight down to 167.5, but over the last three days it has shot back up to 168.9! So in the last week, I've lost absolutely no weight. I have no idea what happened, since I was working so hard! I've tried staying until 2000mg of sodium most days so that when I have a high day it'll all balance out. I've kept my calories down (have been at around 1300 the last two weeks), eaten more fruits, more veggies, cut back on diet soda, drinking more water, and I have no idea what's going on. TOM isn't for a couple weeks, so it's not that. Any ideas, anyone?

Wow I was taking a look at last week's point totals and you guys are doing AWESOME!! It would be a cool thing if we could have a list of everyone's point totals in one view -- that inspires me to work harder ... dunno, maybe that is just me. Anyways congrats to everyone on great accomplishments! Size 4 jeans and 6 lbs lost --- WOW!! You girls are rockin it!

As for me I need to keep my motivation up on the weekends. I totally slack and it is NO GOOD! So this week I am going to kick butt on the points LOL and keep the momentium going over the weekend. That is my goal

Hi ladies, home from the gym and updating. Because of the binge that made everything jump up right before last weigh in my numbers look way to high. I'm defintely back on track now and feeling GREAT!!!!

Rosario and Sandra-thanks for the support! I've been working doubly hard because of the support I get from all of you. You both are working hard to! I believe I saw some great points over on the other post!!!!! AND SOME LOSSES!!!! Congratulations.

Everyone is doing awesome! I'm really feeling so much better. I swear I get more energy after each workout.

Wendy-WHAT A WEEK!!!! Here you were sick for most of it and look what happened! Congrats.

LadyFireLyte-I'm not great with watching calories but have you ever tried to up your calories for a week, kind of rotate low, low, high, low for your intake? Ive never really had experience but from reading other posts some people suggest doing this to get your body moving again. Good luck either way. With as much exercise as you've been doing you are definetly healthier each day!

Have a good one, I'll check back later

Thanks for the encouragement guys. I appreciate it.

Brandy: Yeah, I zig-zag my calories. The last two weeks were low weeks, the next two are high weeks.

I just went to the cupboard to look for a snack, picked up a cookie, put it back, picked up and apple, said to myself "I want that darn 1/2 point" and ate the apple.
