Don't know how much exercise I'll get today as I have a paper to write for class tonight. I'm in the bachelor's program for Psychiatric Nursing. If I get my paper finalized with enough time left I'm gonna try to squeeze in a little, even 20 minutes to get 1 point!!

Last week, I got my weight down to 167.5, but over the last three days it has shot back up to 168.9! So in the last week, I've lost absolutely no weight. I have no idea what happened, since I was working so hard! I've tried staying until 2000mg of sodium most days so that when I have a high day it'll all balance out. I've kept my calories down (have been at around 1300 the last two weeks), eaten more fruits, more veggies, cut back on diet soda, drinking more water, and I have no idea what's going on. TOM isn't for a couple weeks, so it's not that. Any ideas, anyone?
LOL and keep the momentium going over the weekend. That is my goal
