I think with the start of the new month beginning tomorrow - I am going to try to figure out a monthly goal like ya'll do. Any ideas? Maybe I'll use gayle's - exercise daily for the month. (I won't get seven days in!)
I do know that if I want to "boost" my loss I need to do more than just the walking...but at least that is a beginning. The monthly goal is a good thing too for motivation...
