Sounds YUMMY SHER! I'm fighting the major munchies tonight! I'm not feeling well (TOM plus allergies/sinus) I want to self medicate...

Dee, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL & tell Larry he cleans up pretty good too!!! LOL! You two look so IN LOVE & HAPPY TOGETHER!
BTW: It is diced tomatoes w/green chili's...Rotel is a popular brand but I buy the Walmart brand and it is really good too. Adds a touch of spice, but not too much. This is coming from a "mild taco sauce" gal, so your safe!

Shelley, I knew ???? it was core, but wanted to double check....almost too good to be true, huh? I'm going to freeze mine too.

GOOD LUCK WITH SURGERY JANICE! YOU ARE IN MY THOUGHTS & PRAYERS!

Now since seeing the pics of Dee, I want to get together SO BAD with EVERYONE!
You are all such dear friends, you know more about me then most of my relatives and friends here...I feel like we are all more like sisters!

Janice-Good luck today. I'll be thinking of you.

Dee-I absolutely love your pictures. You two make such a cute couple.

Gayle-I have been hungry too. I fall asleep so early, then wake up at about 11 or 12 and have a pear or something like that. I really need to stop it.

It is pouring here. My mom and dad are in Miami and driving home today. I'm worried about that. I hope it stops raining by then.

Janice I hope all goes well today. I will be thinking and praying for you. Good Luck.

Gayle thanks for the info on the tomatoes. I have seen them with chilis here only a few times. I will just have to add my own. I really like the caption you wrote. I might just use it. We got the prints back and the one of us walking isn't sharp enough to use. We will have to choose another but just the same the first part of your quote will work. Thanks for the compliment. When you have cravings drink green tea. If anything it just might fill the void. I will hold you up and support you now and you can do the same for me next week when it is my TOM. Gayle you are so right, we are so close to everyone here and share some pretty intimate and private moments.
Shelley let us know how your parents make out. You are just to kind with your compliment. Thanks. You post at an ungody hour.

Sherry just call me tiny tim. I didn't look this way a year ago. I lost 20 pounds. It was tough with my back. I feel really good. I am at goal but I wouldn't mind dropping a few extra pounds for insurance. I can't phantom eatting pork rinds with dip and being on a diet. Sounds like a sweet treat to me. Go, girl, go! I have never done the low carb diet. I have always counted calories or points for ww's.

I need your help. Can you give me your ideas of what to get or do for Larry for our 25th. He is buying me a ring. I was thinking of making a memory book. Any ideas with that? I was going to go through our pictures and put I remember when with each one and put it in an album with those black pictue corners. I won't have time to do much scrap booking but maybe a page or two. What about a gift?

Yesterday my cardiologist visit went fine. He said that I was having a few skipped heart beats which are ok. I don't have to go back for a year. While I was down town I went to the surgeons office and asked about the pain I was having in my abdominal area. They told me I need to take it easy, I am doing to much. Heat and advil will help and to wear the binder (it is like a girdle) for a few days. Having it back on again actually gives me the support. They thought that when I slipped on the hanger it pulled one of the muscles they fixed and with the jogging and increased activity it is too much. So I will slow down a bit, I won't job but I think that I will be fine in the pool.

Well I better go hunting for some pics.

Dee....
I'm still at work but wanted to tell you something.
About 2-3 years ago, I took about 75 of Debbie's pictures (stole them from her home! ) and I had them made into a video. I started with her kids being little, marriage, grandkids & life today. It played music (I picked the songs out). It was beautiful! I just thought Larry might like that.

Gotta go........

Dee-When my parents had their 50th anniversary (14 or 15 years ago) I had their picture painted by an artist. It is so beautiful. I presented it to them on an easel. Now they have it hung in their foyer. It was the best gift I ever gave them. Just an idea. The video sounds like a great idea too. Another thing I did on their 40th was a solid gold key chain with 40 in diamonds. It was made so that it came apart into 2 key chains, one for each of them. You could do one just for Larry. I got mine from a custom jeweler.

Janice-How is the hand?

Gayle you are too funny!

Sherry great idea. I will look through my pics this weekend. Thanks.

Shelley wow you are a romantic. Very creative. I love the key chain thing. The portait was a very nice idea too.

It is our Thanksgiving weekend so I won't be posting much because the Turkey got me!

I was thinking along the same thing as Shelley, Dee. A piece of customized jewelry or a very nice watch with an inscription on the underside. Maybe for your 50th, you two can have your portrait painted!
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!!

Well girls, leaving in the morning for the wine tasting. I will be home Monday afternoon. Wouldn't you know it...this is the first time Steve & I will be alone (without friends, kids, parents) for over 8 years and I feel like crap! I'm fighting a bad case of allergies...post nasal drip (lovely) then congestion, coughing, sneezing, itchy throat, eyes etc. So much for a sexy weekend, I'll need to stuff Kleenex up my nose to just stop the flow! LOL!

Well, I had my surgery done and I feel good. I didn't take the pain killers after the first night because I didn't need them. Amanda turns 25 today. My dog Sheba didn't have Cushings Disease, but has a bladder infection and arthritis. Things are definately looking up here. Now to get back on track with my program.
