Fish, you silly bunny. Don't fall into the old all-or-nothing trap! In real life (as opposed to diet mode) no one except professional athletes and energizer bunnies exercise EVERY day. The only way to keep it up in the long haul is to be nice to yourself and not obsess.
Vanessa, it won't be long now before I'm gazelling away with the rest of the gang. I've got my fingers crossed that it won't end up gathering dust like so many of my gadgets.
Today is Day 8, still no booze or candy. I'm thinking I might also add a no-scale challenge, which would be tough for me. I'd have to change the naked post-pee morning routine...
Right now I seem to be able to maintain my rather fluffy figure as long as I stay away from wine and chocs. But I'm quickly realizing I'm not going to lose unless I cut out a few other recent transgressions. (I'll spare you the food porn. Suffice to say it wouldn't do me any harm to try one of those no white food diets for a while. I really don't want to weigh this much, even if it is better than this weight plus 15 lbs.
